Self Defense Fundamentals with Debbie Pickus!

Learn the fundamentals of self-defense with Debbie Pickus (all around Badass at team Fireball)!

We are excited to invite you to join CFW for a self-defense fundamentals session. Whether you are a beginner or looking to refresh your skills, this session is perfect for anyone.

Debbie is speaker/ presenter, Certified Woman Owned Business, Chief Empowerment Officer, Creator, Self Defense trainer, all around badass at Team Fireball.

She brings the skills necessary to teach business teams skills in order to feel safe and confident in the event of violence in and out of the workplace. Self Defense basics are taught in a fun Team Building type atmosphere. She also helps individuals and teams with the skills to defeat the Mental Bullies that can hold back true productivity and create discourse in relationships with Mental Self Defense.
