Joan K. Moore is a Supervisory Investigator at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Chicago, Illinois where she helps investigate and prosecute fraud in all Federal government programs. Moore is also a Senior Professor at Keller Graduate School of Management. Her resume and accomplishments are amazing and she is the District Governor for District 30 Toastmasters in the Chicagoland area where she is responsible for directly overseeing 226 Toastmasters clubs and managing the district’s day-to-day operations, finances, and human resources.
